We took our Jeep to PT, truly a class act. We had a handful of items to fix, including some challenging issues other shops couldn’t identify. PT diagnosed and resolved everything. They even threw in a state inspection and oil change. Great experience all around. Highly recommend.

Ryan is the absolute best and this is the only shop I trust my classic car to handle. I could not be more pleased with their work, knowledge, and incredible customer service!!
I only take my car to PT. Jackson is the man and always takes the time to answer any questions I have. Service is timely and communication is transparent. Can’t ask much more in an auto shop.
Brought my car to PT Auto Experts and Tony & Ryan took a look at it and explained what was going on immediately. They fixed the car and had it back to me in a timely manner. 7 On being told the work was not needed
The smallest count here and the one worth the most, because it is the version that costs the shop money on the day.
Tony and crew do a great job of getting things taken care of in a timely manner at a very fair price. PT Auto isn’t going to nickel and dime customers or provide them services they don’t need. It’s nice to find an auto mechanic that is fair and does a quality job! I’ll be taking my vehicles to them from now on.
Really great place... I was treated very well and more importantly I feel this place is honest. Brought my truck in to have the ac looked at and they recommended an inexpensive diagnostic repair and a wait and see approach. I highly recommend this place.
I have been using PT Auto Experts since the 1990's. I have always found them to be professional and courteous. They are fast reliable and only perform work that is needed. I have no problem recommending them.

Great communication and a trustworthy group of people!! They never stopped working for me. Saved me from getting a new $8,000+ transmission!! The final price for services was more than a hundred LESS of the initial estimate!! AAA+++
Awesome! They squeezed me in at the last minute, treated me with respect and kindness, and gave me a fair price. Definitely not one of those places that will try to sell you on a bunch of unnecessary repairs. They do only what’s needed and get you out the door and on your way. I won’t go anywhere else!

13 On having already been somewhere else
A dealer, a chain, or a garage that closed. This is the shop people arrive at second, which is a harder thing to earn than being the one they try first.
My new place for auto work! The crew at my old garage for the last 25 years either dispersed to other places or retired and they recommended PT. Great service, good personalities, great quality work so combine all of that and I have no problem driving from Alexandria to Vienna to get my vehicle work done.
Fair prices and they do good work. They were able to fix an issue with a clogged sunroof drain that mechanics from other places just made worse.
PT auto experts is the only automotive repair shop I will go to. Ryan Sheehan has fixed my Mini Cooper in ways I can’t explain. Reasonable prices and great quality of service. Not to mention very fast as well! I am done overpaying for car issues and going to different automotive repair shops. RYAN IS THE ONE!
