What actually happens when you bring the car in
No surprises is the whole product. Here is the sequence, and the two or three details that save people a wasted trip.
Tell us what it is doing
Call (703) 281-7506 or send the appointment request form on this site. The form works at eleven at night, which is the point of it: the shop is closed 70% of the week.
Drop it off, or leave it the night before
There is an after-hours key drop. Nothing is touched until somebody has spoken to you.
We look at it and call you
You get told what it needs, what it costs, and what can wait. Nothing gets done that you have not approved.
Get where you are going
Local shuttle to anywhere within 5 miles of the shop, or wait inside with coffee and Wi-Fi, or outside at the picnic table.
Pick it up, covered
Qualifying work carries 24 months or 24,000 miles on parts and labor, honored at 14,000+ locations nationwide.
Finding the shop
340 Mill Street NE, Suite A, Vienna, VA 22180. It is a row of units, and the suite letter matters: there are three separate businesses in this building and only Suite A is us.
Look for the storefront lettered PT AUTO EXPERTS with STATE & EMISSIONS INSPECTIONS on the glass.
